O&G's Founding Principles and Core Values

Cornerstone of Culture and Commitment

Recent modifications to O&G's original logo may seem minimal at first glance, however the change is big in the eyes of the company and its employees.  The new four-point logo includes the building blocks upon which the company's success has been built and the core values were founded.

Safety - Quarterly safety meetings and newsletter gets the message out to the employees.

Ethics - membership of the nationwide Construction Industry Ethics and Compliance Initiative (CIECI) reinforces core values.

Productivity - The entire workforce contributes to the financial well being of the corporation.

Quality - O&G offers dedicated quality assurance / quality control representatives for additional insurance and overall job quality.

Since 1923 O&G Industries has grown to be one of the most sought-after and diverse construction companies in New England.  Company executives believe it is these founding principles and core values that have contributed to O&G's success.
