Stress-Free Radius Templates from O&G

Perfect Profile = Beautiful Finished Project

For stone projects that require radius cuts O&G's fabrication center offers radius templating that delivers the perfect profile and stress-free results for a beautiful finished project.

Take advantage of our guaranteed* method of radius templating for your next project including, pool surrounds, stair treads, walls, etc.

Eight simple steps in the process:

1.) Sales representative gathers pertinent information and ensures that the project is ready for templating. (Old material is removed and area cleaned.)
2.)  O&G staff arrive and access the project to determine what needs to be done.
3.)  The tarpaper is laid out and the starting point is determined.
4.)  Pictures are taken for reference; the staff then proceeds to cut the template.
5.)  All necessary measurements are taken after cut and more pictures are taken with template in place.
6.)  The fabrication center templates are traced with the FARO arm.
7.)  Customer receives a layout of the project that provides the sizes for each piece and how many pieces are required.
8.)  Customer signs off on drawings to release for production.

STRESS-FREE COST: $500

* If the eight steps are followed.

Hosted by IMI, the presentation Coordinating Structural & Architectural and Masonry Details for Thermal Efficiency will include updates on the new 2013 Connecticut code - IBC 2012 & MSJC 2011 presented by Richard Filloramo
Coordinating structural and architectural masonry details for thermal efficiency can be challenging with new contemporary designs, building code requirements, budget restraints and fast-paced schedules. Some of the details covered are; Standard Shelf Angles, Projecting Shelf Angles, Special Shelf Angles, Stairwells, Masonry Veneers – no Relieving Angles, Top of Wall, Loose Lintels, Beam Details and Column Details. There will be a brief review of how increased masonry strength (f’m) can reduce wall costs and increase thermal efficiency in light of the proposed revisions to MSJC Table 2 – Compressive Strength of Masonry. This presentation will also include IBC 2012 and 2011 MSJC Masonry 530 Code updates for the new 2013 Connecticut Building Code.
