Eight simple steps in the process:
1.)
Sales representative gathers pertinent information and ensures that the
project is ready for templating. (Old material is removed and area
cleaned.)
2.) O&G staff arrive and access the project to determine what needs to be done.
3.) The tarpaper is laid out and the starting point is determined.
4.) Pictures are taken for reference; the staff then proceeds to cut the template.
5.) All necessary measurements are taken after cut and more pictures are taken with template in place.
6.) The fabrication center templates are traced with the FARO arm.
7.) Customer receives a layout of the project that provides the sizes for each piece and how many pieces are required.
8.) Customer signs off on drawings to release for production.
